Chief Executive Officer
Kim Eaton serves Aptean as Chief Executive Officer, leading the company to provide unrivaled service to more than 7,000 global customers and drive product innovation in the enterprise software market. Ms. Eaton joined Aptean in August 2014 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all aspects of Aptean’s global operations.
Ms. Eaton has over 25 years in the technology sector with a broad range of senior leadership and management positions. She began her career as an Accenture consultant, implementing large-scale distribution and warehouse management systems, as well as Financial and HR/Payroll solutions.More
She has served as President for BlueCube Software and as Executive Vice President for RedPrairie Corporation. Prior to joining Aptean, Ms. Eaton was with NCR Corporation where she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for NCR Corporation’s Hospitality Division. She was also responsible for the integration process of Radiant Systems into NCR, focusing on sales and marketing.
Ms. Eaton holds a Bachelor of Science in Distributed Studies (Biology, Chemistry) from Iowa State University.Close
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, TVN Reddy leads the Aptean global Product, Professional Services and Support teams, and also is responsible for the integration of acquisitions into the company. He joined Aptean in 2013 as SVP of Engineering, leading the global product development team at Aptean. Most recently, he held the role of SVP of Process Products, with strategic and operational responsibility for leading Aptean’s portfolio of Process solutions. Mr. Reddy has more than 20 years of experience in the software and services industries.
Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Reddy was with ADP Inc. for 12 years where he led the product development for Time and Labor products and mid-market payroll products as Vice President of Product Development.More
Mr. Reddy earned his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Masters in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in India.Close
Chief Financial Officer
Jack Walsh is responsible for the global financial, accounting and legal functions at Aptean. He joined Aptean in July, 2016 and has over 35 years of strategic, financial and operational management experience in technology businesses.
Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Walsh was CFO of Sovos Compliance, CFO at SRSsoft and SVP of Corporate Development and Strategy at IMS Health. Earlier in his career, he held financial executive positions at MCI Communications and the Ford Motor Company.More

Chief Technology Officer
Jenny Peng is the Chief Technology Officer of Aptean, responsible for global Product Development, Cloud Operations and Enterprise Business Systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission and strategic focus. Ms. Peng also plays a key role in acquisition activities, including technical due diligence. Previously she served as the CIO, where she led the establishment and execution of Aptean’s enterprise-wide Information Technology and Cloud Hosting strategy.
Ms. Peng has over 22 years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record in product delivery and portfolio planning. She has held global Portfolio Management responsibilities and has served as Vice President of Product Development for Aptean’s CRM and Process ERP product lines, Vice President of Engineering with CDC Software, and Vice President of Engineering with Saratoga CRM.More
Ms. Peng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon with specialization in Simulation & Animation, with a concentration in Programming Languages. She holds Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) and Pragmatic Marketing certifications and is an Agile/Scrum Coach. She is also a member of Women in Technology, a non-profit organization supporting STEM education and careers for girls and women.Close
Chief Marketing Officer
Leo Tucker serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Aptean. As CMO, Mr. Tucker leads the global marketing team and is responsible for driving the strategy, corporate positioning and integrated marketing campaigns to elevate the awareness and demand for Aptean's solutions.
Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Tucker served as SVP of Global Marketing at PGi with responsibility for demand generation, base marketing, marketing communications, partner marketing, product marketing, field marketing, and sales enablement. While at PGi Mr. Tucker also held the positions of SVP North American Marketing and SVP Product Marketing and Sales Enablement.More
Prior to joining PGi, Mr. Tucker owned Perform Ventures LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in marketing strategy for technology companies. Perform Ventures was engaged to provide product marketing strategy, and more specifically for industry-specific messaging and sales assets where appropriate.Close
Chief Human Resources Officer
Allison Fellner brings significant international business and HR experience to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Aptean, where she is responsible for developing and executing global HR strategy for the 2,100-employee organization.
Ms. Fellner worked for Accenture for 23 years in a consulting capacity as well as in a variety of operational and strategic roles in the company’s HR function, including serving as Director of Careers and Engagement and Global Employee Relations Director. While at Accenture, she supported several global business units and partnered with business leaders to develop world-class talent programs aligned with their business objectives.More
Most recently, Ms. Fellner was Chief People Officer at Jabian Consulting in Atlanta, where she was involved in developing and improving the company’s performance management and career management programs in addition to overseeing the entire HR function.

Senior Vice President of Corporate Development
Brad Debold is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Aptean. Mr. Debold leads Aptean’s inorganic growth strategy, responsible for global mergers and acquisitions and leading the integration of new operations into Aptean’s structure. He has over 10 years of M&A experience, primarily in enterprise software applications.
Prior to joining Aptean in 2014, Mr. Debold was Vice President of Corporate Development for Ceridian, where he was responsible both for acquisitions and divestitures. Earlier in his career, he held roles with Elavon, Inc., PwC and UBS where he focused on finance and global M&A activities.More
Mr. Debold holds a Masters and undergraduate degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two young children and enjoys time with his family, road biking, and playing tennis.Close
Vice President, Professional Services, North America
Marianne Chikos is the Vice President, Professional Services, North America. In this role, Ms. Chikos oversees the planning and execution of all professional services and customer support for the North American region across Aptean’s portfolio of products.
Prior to Aptean, she served as vice president, professional services operations and was responsible for global professional services standards, processes and governance. Ms. Chikos joined the Aptean team in 2012 from Consona, where she was vice president of professional services for Consona’s ERP applications, serving the SME customer base. She joined Consona as part of the 2006 acquisition of Intuitive ERP. During her tenure at Intuitive, which began in 1998, she was responsible for all service offerings; development, training, and performance of the consulting staff; customer relations; and customer user conferences.More

General Manager, CRM and Vertical Solutions Group
As General Manager of Aptean’s CRM and Vertical Solutions Group, Michael Speranza is responsible for the strategic direction, customer satisfaction and business performance of Aptean’s suite of CRM and vertical solutions.
Mr. Speranza has almost 20 years of experience in the B2B technology sector. His most recent role was as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for IPC Systems, a leading global provider of communication software and services. While at IPC, Mr. Speranza was responsible for leading all aspects of a global business segment generating more than $250 million annually. During his tenure, the company grew from $250 million to more than $600 million in annual revenues through new product introductions and several strategic acquisitions.More
Prior to IPC, Mr. Speranza held roles at Deloitte Consulting and Avero. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering.Close
General Manager, Public Sector and Healthcare Product Group
Duane George is responsible for leading all the Public Sector and Healthcare products within Aptean's portfolio. Mr. George served as Director, Knova Product Management for Consona Corporation, which merged with CDC Software in 2012 to form Aptean. Since joining the company in 2004, he has held a number of roles focusing on operations, including Customer Solutions, Professional Services, and Product Management.
Prior to Aptean, Mr. George started his career at Getronics, now KPN, as a Call Center Manager and later shifted to a consulting manager role, implementing software solutions for large enterprise call centers.More

As General Manager of Aptean’s ERP and Supply Chain Management Product Group, Mike Ressel has strategic leadership and operational responsibility for a broad portfolio of Aptean solutions, including the company’s Process- and Discrete-focused ERP solutions and Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Execution solutions.
Since joining Aptean in 2012, Mr. Ressel has provided executive and operational leadership across a variety of functions, including Global Business Enablement, Professional Services, Global Sales Operations and EMEA operations.More
Prior to joining Aptean Mr. Ressel worked with the company’s parent firm, Vista Equity Partners. Mr. Ressel has also held a variety of strategy and product leadership roles with CheckFree Corporation and Fiserv, Inc.

Brad Steger leads our Strategic Business Development activities, focused on expanding relationships with existing partners and customers, identifying new partnerships and building company expansion opportunities. He most recently led Aptean’s Process ERP and Supply Chain Management Group, which includes all process ERP, manufacturing execution, asset management and supply chain products.
Mr. Steger joined the company in April 2011 as Director of Professional Services, leading Aptean’s Catalyst professional services team. He has more than 25 years of corporate level project and program experience with 15+ years of Supply Chain software experience.More

Managing Director, International
Alan Somerville, Aptean Managing Director and Vice President, Sales for EMEA and APAC, brings more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise applications software industry. Mr. Somerville has worked in a number of Vista’s portfolio companies since 2007.
Formally with Misys and Turaz, he served as Senior Vice President Professional Services and Support. Preceding Misys, he was Senior Vice President of International Professional Services with Ventyx. Mr. Somerville began his career at Ventyx through the Vista acquisition of Global Energy Decisions (GED) in 2007, where he served the company as its Senior Vice President of Global Operations and SVP of Finance and Operations. Mr. Somerville has held senior level management positions in the applications software industry from the 1980’s working with Logica, TSW, Indus, Convergent, Workplace Systems and KWI.More
