Aptean is named a Strong Performer in evaluation of CRM Suites for Midsize Organizations
Atlanta, March 26, 2015 — Aptean has been named a Strong Performer in “The Forrester Wave™: CRM Suites For Midsize Organizations, Q1 2015”, released on March 25 by Forrester Research, Inc. For the report, Forrester evaluated ten vendors against 95 criteria, including sales force automation, marketing automation, customer service, field service, eCommerce, business intelligence, customer data management, technology and architecture. According to the Forrester report:
