One of Spain’s leading technology providers, Business T&G delivers sales and support for the Ross Enterprise and Pivotal CRM solutions. Business T&G has subsidiaries located in Portugal, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia and Peru. With a staff of 185 professionals, Business T&G has more than 500 successful implementations worldwide.
Located in Sao Paolo, Aptean de Brazil is managed by Cassio Ramos, who holds extensive experience working at leading IT companies such as IBM, HP, Infor, and accounting-giant Price Waterhouse. The company works with LynaslogicSistemasBrasil, a provider of state and local tax software that integrates with Ross Enterprise. The franchise partner sells Ross Enterprise and Aptean Factory.
Aptean owns a 19 percent stake in India-based CDC CRM Solutions. The partner exclusively sells and supports the Pivotal CRM product line for the India market. Its customers include India-based TTK Services, a leading person-to-person outsourcing company headquartered in Bangalore India, and Bharti AXA Investment Managers Private Ltd., an India-based asset management company.
Since 1998, CMT has developed, deployed and supported CRM solutions in Latin America. A Gold Certified Partner of Microsoft Corporation, CMT distributes Aptean’s Pivotal CRM and c360 Front Office solutions. CMT has a regional development center in Rosario, Argentina. Its offices are located in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico.
Aptean Mexico is the official distributor of Pivotal CRM, Ross ERP, Factory MES and Respond EFM throughout Mexico. With its main office in Mexico City, Aptean Mexico also provides sales and local support in offices in Monterrey and Guadalajara. As a Franchise Partner they have sold and supported customers that include: Banco Santander, SodexhoPass, Syngenta, MedicallHome, Teléfonica, Movistar, Mapfre, and others.
Ross Enterprise SA is run by general manager, Cristian Fonseca, who holds extensive experience in Ross Enterprise sales and implementations in Chile and other Latin American countries. The company, with offices in Santiago and Concepcion, will be selling and supporting Ross Enterprise and Aptean Factory. Currently, Aptean has 10 customers in Chile including leading meat processing company Carnes Nuble.

Beijing Hinge Xin Yuan Software is the subsidiary of Shanghai-based Hinge Software focusing on HRM market segment in China. Beijing Hinge will help expand Aptean Platinum HRM solutions into the large state-owned enterprise, or “SOE,” market in China. As part of this franchise partnership, Aptean initially plans to invest a 19 percent stake in Beijing Hinge Xin Yuan Software with an option to acquire up to a 51 percent controlling interest in the future. Beijing Hinge Xin Yuan Software will be the latest addition to Aptean's Franchise Partner Program and the second franchise partner in China. Aptean currently has franchise partners located in India, China, South America, Spain and Mexico.
