Course Overview
The Pivotal CRM 6.0 Administration course is an instructor-led class for Pivotal CRM administrators interested in learning how to install, configure and maintain Pivotal CRM environments. Gain new skills through interactive presentations, followed by hands-on exercises designed to simulate real-world environments and apply technical concepts. Participants will work individually or in teams of two to deploy a distributed Pivotal CRM 6.0 production environment with satellite and mobile systems, using the Pivotal CRM 6.0 platform and the Pivotal Contact Management (PCM) application.

Pivotal CRM 6.0 Foundations & Customization Boot Camp
Course Overview
The Pivotal CRM 6.0 Foundations and Customization Boot Camp is an instructor-led course for customers interested in learning how to utilize the Pivotal Toolkit and Pivotal Form Designer to customize the Pivotal application (creating and modifying tables, read-only views, Queries, Search results Lists, and more), Pivotal Portal Pages, and Pivotal Integration for Microsoft Outlook. This is a comprehensive 5-day course that will introduce students to the key platform and application components of Pivotal CRM. Students will explore the Pivotal Client user interface, learn the Pivotal CRM Architecture and the Customization Process. Students will perform hands-on exercises customizing the application including: creating database tables, building user interface components, and publishing their modifications into a production system. NOTE: This course does not cover migration procedures for Pivotal CRM 5.9 to 6.0.
Prerequisites:
- Solid understanding of Relational Databases.
- Experience with Windows Forms design using Visual Studio is a plus

Pivotal CRM 6.0 Advanced Customization Training
Course Overview
The Pivotal 6.0 Advanced Customizations course is an instructor-led course for C# developers who have experience with the Pivotal 6.0 Toolkit and are interested in learning how to modify the Pivotal CRM application business logic. This course will provide students with the skills required to efficiently develop Client and Server Tasks. The course presentation includes: real world examples, demonstrations, participant exercises and a final hands-on learning project.
Students have access to a pre-configured Pivotal 6.0 CRM environment that enables them to perform hands-on exercises throughout this comprehensive course. Each student receives a training manual. NOTE: This course does not cover migration procedures for Pivotal CRM 5.9 to 6.0.
Prerequisites:
- Solid experience with the Pivotal Toolkit techniques.
- Working experience with .NET Framework complaint languages, preferably C#.
