Open, update, and check the progress of support incidents by calling the SaratogaCRM Support hotline at 1-800-771-6244 (Dial 1 and then 5) or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Take preventative action by downloading and applying appropriate software fixes or planning future upgrades. Download our maintenance updates, new releases, product documentation and education curriculum directly from the Customer Web.
