The design consultation will cover industry best practices, UI specifications, back-office work processes and the detailed project plan. The PM then creates the overall project team based on required resources and skills.
The PM guides the project team and client through the site build phase. Truition eCommerce supports an open and interactive build cycle with milestones and client demos throughout the development process.
Training is important throughout the project phases, but it’s most effective in the final stages of the implementation. The PM will ensure that your team is well trained on all relevant aspects of the CMS platform, from inventory management to order management and customer service.
