SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) focuses on holding CEOs and CFOs personally liable for the accuracy of company financial reports and the internal control processes used in the generation of these reports.

The Aptean Industrial Manufacturing ERP WorkWise Edition Data Journaling application allows users to select key data elements: potential areas of fraud, common errors affecting accounting data (e.g. cost or item control flags), and auditing changes by tracking the user/date/time of selected changes.
It also provides a set of analysis tools allowing for query-based selection of the audit data which it displays it in a grid format with pivot table-like tools. This journaling tool, combined with the existing security functions (Groups, Users, .Net security) and history reports, will create a comprehensive set of tools for companies to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley report and control requirements.
