The system automatically generates INCI lists, allergen declarations, Product Information Files (PIFs) and manufacturing batch sheets—dramatically reducing the manual documentation burden at every stage of development. 

A built-in INCI database accelerates ingredient screening and the supplier portal enables real-time collaboration with external partners on raw material specifications.

For MoCRA specifically, the PLM's electronic document management (EDM) module creates and maintains a fully digital, audit-ready repository of safety substantiations, adverse event records and product documentation. 

Change management features allow you to update individual formulations or apply mass component replacements across entire product lines—with automatic compliance re-checks triggered whenever a change is made. 

The dedicated compliance module handles ingredient statement creation, allergen screening, blacklist and restriction alerts linked to raw materials and automatic generation of claims and certifications across the EU, US and other international markets.
