CCPA – Getting it Right

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) went into effect July 1 for any organization conducting business in California. The CCPA gives Californians more control over the way their personal information is being used and forces businesses to be more transparent with the way they are using customer information.

As with all new legislation, there’s a great deal of information for businesses to take in, but, by getting it right from the start, CCPA compliance will soon become just another everyday business process, albeit one that presents a real opportunity to boost customer trust.
