Aptean Adds New ERP Capabilities in the UK Through Acquisition of Affinitus Group

Cloud-based Solution Designed to Meet the Needs of the Fresh Produce, Food and Horticulture Sectors

ALPHARETTA, GA, June 29, 2023 – Today, Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions, announced it has completed the acquisition of Affinitus Group, a provider of cloud-based enterprise resource planning solutions built to support the specific needs of fresh produce, food service, bakery, meat, dairy and agricultural organizations.

Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Sittingbourne, England, Affinitus Group provides solutions designed to manage every aspect of the produce business, including the challenges of operating in a time-pressured, highly-regulated marketplace.
