As Aptean's Chief Executive Officer, TVN Reddy leads the company to drive product innovation in the enterprise software market and provide unrivaled service to more than 10,000 global customers. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Reddy served as Chief Operating Officer, leading the Aptean global product, professional services and support teams and the integration of acquisitions into the company. He joined Aptean in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Engineering, overseeing the global product development team, and he also previously served as SVP of Process Products, with strategic and operational responsibility for leading Aptean's portfolio of process solutions.
Mr. Reddy has more than 20 years of experience in the software and services industries. Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Reddy was with ADP Inc. for 12 years where he led the product development for time and labor products and mid-market payroll products as Vice President of Product Development.
Mr. Reddy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in India.
As Aptean's Chief Human Resources Officer, Nick Bacon leads global people operations and is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy for the organization. Mr. Bacon has spent over 20 years in human resources at complex technology and financial services organizations, where he delivered change through inventive strategies that significantly improved business performance.
Most recently, Mr. Bacon was the Global HR Director at Wargaming Group and succeeded in growing the company's headcount and establishing strategies for both global performance and rewards, as well as talent acquisition and development. Prior to this, he led HR functions at Barclays Technology, Lloyds Register and Cable & Wireless.
Mr. Bacon began his career in the British Armed Forces and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from London Business School. He resides in France with his family.
As Chief Customer Officer, Marianne Chikos is Aptean’s champion of the customer experience, responsible for the design and implementation of best practices to ensure the global delivery of a consistent, positive customer experience. An industry veteran with 25 years of experience supporting enterprise resource planning solutions, Ms. Chikos joined Aptean in 2012 and has served in multiple service and support leadership roles during her tenure, including Senior Group Vice President and Vice President, Professional Services, North America.
Prior to joining Aptean, Ms. Chikos was Vice President of Professional Services for Consona's ERP applications, serving the SME customer base. Ms. Chikos holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
Brad Debold serves as Aptean’s Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. In his role, Mr. Debold leads Aptean’s inorganic growth strategy, responsible for global mergers and acquisitions and the integration of new operations into Aptean’s structure. He has over 10 years of M&A experience, primarily in enterprise software applications.
Prior to joining Aptean in 2014, Mr. Debold was VP of Corporate Development for Ceridian, where he was responsible both for acquisitions and divestitures. Earlier in his career, he held roles with Elavon Inc., PwC and UBS where he focused on finance and global M&A activities.
Mr. Debold holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
Herbert Feuchtinger leads the Aptean DACH region. Prior to becoming GM, he was COO of Aptean DACH. Working in strong alignment with Aptean’s functional leaders, he is responsible for the business unit performance.
Mr. Feuchtinger joined the company in 2020 through Aptean’s acquisition of Modula and brings over 25 years of leadership experience in enterprise software and information technology to his role at Aptean. His prior experience includes serving as VP of Professional Services for IFS Europe, as well as senior leadership roles at Nixdorf Computer AG, Siemens Nixdorf AG, LIDL and Wincor Nixdorf.
Mr. Feuchtinger holds a degree in business informatics from the DAA Nürnberg.
As Aptean’s business leader for EMEA (excluding DACH) and APAC, Duane George is responsible for Aptean’s overall business operations and customer success in those geographies, overseeing regional sales, marketing, services and support. Mr. George brings a pragmatic and customer-focused approach to the role, having served Aptean and its customers in leadership roles for over 15 years, including roles in customer solutions, professional services, product management and general management.
Immediately prior to serving as the company's head of EMEA and APAC, Mr. George led the company’s product strategy and roadmap as its Chief Product Officer. He has also served as the General Manager of the process manufacturing group where he led the strategic direction of several ERP solutions while also integrating several Aptean acquisitions.
Mr. George studied accounting at Kennesaw State University and Northwest Missouri State University.
Robert "Bob" Kocis
As President, Americas and DACH, Robert “Bob” Kocis is responsible for Aptean’s overall business operations and customer success for the regions, focused on the seamless execution of Aptean’s go-to-market strategy. Previously, Mr. Kocis served for two years as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer, guiding the company’s organic growth and partnership efforts.
Mr. Kocis brings over 20 years of sales leadership to his role at Aptean. He previously served as the CRO of Continuum where he helped transform the company’s go-to-market teams and culture across sales, customer success and marketing. Before that, he was the VP of Worldwide Sales and Customer Excellence at ANSYS Inc., a leader in simulation software.
Mr. Kocis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marine engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
Raj Krishnasamy is the Managing Director of the Aptean Centers of Excellence (COE) in APAC, responsible for product development and delivery. Mr. Krishnasamy also leads functions related to post delivery services, customer support, product security and cloud operations to drive Aptean’s global growth and improve Aptean’s operational efficiency. Previously he served as Aptean’s VP of Global R&D, where he led product development and delivery.
Mr. Krishnasamy brings over 22 years of R&D expertise to Aptean. Prior to joining the company in 2020, he led product development for the aerospace and building technologies businesses at Honeywell. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma expert.
Mr. Krishnasamy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and a Master of Science degree in computer applications from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Sean Nappo is Aptean’s SVP and General Manager of the Americas process business unit. In this role, he oversees overall operations and business success for the group and is dedicated to building valuable, successful and lasting partnerships with customers.
Mr. Nappo has over 14 years of experience selling and supporting SaaS enterprise software across the manufacturing and education industries. He joined Aptean in 2020 as VP of Sales for North America. Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Nappo held various sales leadership roles, establishing a consistent track record as a top leader driving his teams to exceed quota targets, generate revenue growth and build business profitability.
Mr. Nappo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from College of the Holy Cross, where he also played Division I Hockey.
As Aptean’s Chief Technology Officer, Jenny Peng is responsible for leading Aptean's product and technology organization spanning product development, product management, information technology, security, and site reliability engineering. Ms. Peng also plays a key role in acquisition activities, including technical due diligence and integration guidance. Her past experience includes serving as Aptean’s CIO, leading Aptean’s enterprise-wide technology and cloud strategies, and leading Aptean’s product development function.
With over 28 years of experience in enterprise software development and cloud computing, Ms. Peng brings strong strategic leadership to Aptean, aligning her team with the company's vision, mission and strategic goals. Prior to joining Aptean, she held executive roles as VP of Engineering at both CDC Software and Saratoga Systems.
Ms. Peng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Oregon.
As SVP and General Manager of the Americas discrete business unit, Roberto Mangual brings over 20 years of technology experience to his leadership of the division, overseeing the sales, service and support teams.
Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Mangual was CEO of Exenta, a leading enterprise software provider serving the fashion and apparel industry. During his six-year tenure as CEO of Exenta, he established an exceptional customer-first mindset and drove impressive growth for the company, leading to a successful exit when the company was acquired by Aptean in 2021. Mr. Mangual’s past roles also include serving as COO at Exenta and as SVP of Operations and CIO at Richard Leeds International.
Mr. Mangual studied at Villanova University, is a PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner, PMP and was a Lean Six Sigma Green belt.
As a General Manager of CE Products at Aptean, Jeremy Wardell is responsible for all sales, operations and product development for the company’s CE product group, including professional services, support, product roadmap planning and R&D. Mr. Wardell brings to Aptean more than 15 years of software and technology leadership in prior companies with roles in product management, engineering and customer operations.
Prior to joining the Aptean team, Mr. Wardell was responsible for all sales and operations activities as the COO and UK General Manager at LINKFRESH. In this role, his responsibilities included driving upsell across the global base; professional services for all implementations; service delivery and support; product management and development; and managing the partner network.
Mr. Wardell holds a Master of Science degree in communications systems and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer systems, both from the University of Kent.
