Alpharetta, GA, March 20, 2018 — Aptean, a leading global provider of mission-critical, industry-specific enterprise software solutions, launched a new version of its Aptean irms|360 enterprise cloud warehouse management system (WMS) with several upgraded features designed to improve functionality.

Irms|360 users can now purge older data from the application, a benefit for warehouses where certain numbers are reused by host systems. Users can remove purchase orders, customer orders, work orders and transactional data within a configurable timeframe.

The cloud WMS update also features improved options for putaway routines. Irms|360 can recommend more accurate putaway locations based on dimensional information; the solution can also make top-off recommendations based on location configuration, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach to inventory top-off, and consolidate inventory based on lot number.

The latest version of irms|360 also is fully integrated with the Clearview Parcel/Transportation Management System, enhancing the solution’s packing and shipping capabilities. Clearview PMS/TMS lowers shipping costs and helps users leverage auditing, settlement and analytics tied to the transportation supply chain.

“Irms|360’s latest update adds functionality our customers need to increase efficiency warehouse-wide,” said Stevie Hay, senior director, Aptean irms|360. “By increasing data accessibility, enhancing putaway planning capabilities and integrating the enterprise WMS with the Clearview platform, this irms|360 update gives users greater visibility into, and control over, their inventory processes than ever before.”
