We are committed to ESG management and best practices.

Through our years of experience, we have determined that the essential areas for our ESG focus include data privacy and protection, ethics and compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, customer and employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement. Our software development philosophy champions iteration and improvement so that we can continue to meet the needs of specific industries. We will regularly revisit and update our ESG policy to ensure that it evolves with changes in industry demands and regulations. 

Accountability

At Aptean, we offer ESG understanding and accountability throughout the company. Our team is responsible for managing and instilling the guiding principles of our ESG policy across our organization. In addition, Aptean is actively involved in identifying and mitigating potential ESG risks within the company. Our compliance team provides oversight and ensures that employees at Aptean receive training on and adhere to our ESG policy. Additionally, we ensure ESG measures are maintained through regular, documented meetings with Aptean leadership, as well as with the Board of Directors during quarterly meetings.

Investment Process

We incorporate ESG analysis into our annual investment planning process and in our day-to-day operations so that we can limit risks and position our company for sustainable growth and success. We implement our ESG policy and best practices across each business we acquire as well.
