Alpharetta, GA, January 7, 2016 — Aptean announced today the acquisition of AssetPoint, a leading provider of Computerized Maintenance Management Software / Enterprise Asset Management (CMMS / EAM) solutions. AssetPoint’s CMMS / EAM solution, TabWare, is utilized by organizations of all sizes and in many industries, including Oil & Gas, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Chemicals and Metal Processing.
