Chief Executive Officer
As Aptean’s Chief Executive Officer, TVN Reddy leads the company to provide unrivaled service to more than 4,100 global customers and drive product innovation in the enterprise software market. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Reddy served as Chief Operating Officer and led the Aptean global Product, Professional Services and Support teams, and was responsible for the integration of acquisitions into the company. He joined Aptean in 2013 as SVP of Engineering, leading the global product development team at Aptean and has held the role of SVP of Process Products, with strategic and operational responsibility for leading Aptean’s portfolio of Process solutions. Mr. Reddy has more than 20 years of experience in the software and services industries.
Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Reddy was with ADP Inc. for 12 years where he led the product development for Time and Labor products and mid-market payroll products as Vice President of Product Development.
Mr. Reddy earned his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Masters in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in India.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Alan Somerville is responsible for Aptean’s ERP, SCM and Compliance products, including Process Manufacturing solutions, Discrete Manufacturing solutions, Distribution and Plant Maintenance solutions, and Compliance solutions. In addition, Mr. Somerville leads Aptean’s global operations teams, International sales, and North American install base sales. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Somerville was General Manager of the ERP, SCM, and Compliance group. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise applications software industry to his role, and has worked in a number of Vista’s portfolio companies since 2007.
Formerly with Misys and Turaz, Mr. Somerville served as Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Support. Preceding Misys, he was Senior Vice President of International Professional Services with Ventyx. Mr. Somerville began his career at Ventyx through the Vista acquisition of Global Energy Decisions (GED) in 2007, where he served the company as its Senior Vice President of Global Operations and SVP of Finance and Operations. Mr. Somerville has held senior level management positions in the applications software industry from the 1980s, working with Logica, TSW, Indus, Convergent, Workplace Systems, and KWI.
Mr. Somerville is a chartered IT professional (MBCS, CITP) and holds a Computer Science qualification from Dundee University.
Chief Technology Officer
Jenny Peng is the Chief Technology Officer of Aptean, responsible for global Product Development, Information Technology and Security, Cloud Operations, and Enterprise Business Systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic focus. Ms. Peng also plays a key role in acquisition activities, including technical due diligence. Previously she served as the CIO, where she led the establishment and execution of Aptean’s enterprise-wide Information Technology and Cloud Hosting strategy.
Ms. Peng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon with specialization in Simulation & Animation and Programming Languages.
Chief Financial Officer
As Aptean’s Chief Financial Officer, Kevin McAdams is responsible for managing the organization's global financial, accounting and legal operations. Before joining Aptean, Mr. Adams served as the CFO of Premiere Global Services Inc. (PGi), a leading global business communications provider. Throughout his tenure at PGi, he also held roles including Senior Vice President of Global Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Controller and CFO for North America.
He is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in business analysis, accounting, financial planning, and financial management. After starting his career at KPMG, he has since held leadership positions at organizations including Verizon Wireless, McKesson Corporation, MedQuest Associates and PGi.
Mr. McAdams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Allison Fellner brings significant international business and HR experience to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Aptean, where she is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy for the organization.
Ms. Fellner worked for Accenture for 23 years in a consulting capacity as well as in a variety of operational and strategic roles in the company’s HR function, including serving as Director of Careers and Engagement and Global Employee Relations Director. While at Accenture, she supported several global business units and partnered with business leaders to develop world-class talent programs aligned with their business objectives.
Most recently, Ms. Fellner was Chief People Officer at Jabian Consulting in Atlanta, where she was involved in developing and improving the company’s performance management and career management programs in addition to overseeing the entire HR function.
Ms. Fellner earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Nicole O’Rourke is responsible for managing all global marketing activities. Mrs. O’Rourke will use her significant experience in go-to-market strategy and in creating strong brands to support Aptean’s drive for organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Before joining Aptean, Mrs. O’Rourke served as Chief Marketing Officer of Manhattan Associates where she led the firm in all aspects of marketing and corporate communications. In this position, she emphasized the value of product marketing and built demand generation capabilities.
Prior to that, she was the Chief Marketing Officer at Covance, a global pharmaceutical development firm, where she directed global marketing and strategic planning, including innovation. Mrs. O’Rourke has also held marketing leadership positions at Aetna and McNeil Consumer Products, a Johnson & Johnson Company.
Mrs. O’Rourke holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Cornell University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Brad Debold is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Aptean. Mr. Debold leads Aptean’s inorganic growth strategy, responsible for global mergers and acquisitions and leading the integration of new operations into Aptean’s structure. He has over 10 years of M&A experience, primarily in enterprise software applications.
Prior to joining Aptean in 2014, Mr. Debold was Vice President of Corporate Development for Ceridian, where he was responsible both for acquisitions and divestitures. Earlier in his career, he held roles with Elavon, Inc., PwC and UBS where he focused on finance and global M&A activities.
Mr. Debold holds a Masters and undergraduate degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two young children and enjoys time with his family, road biking, and playing tennis.
Senior Vice President, NA Sales
As SVP of Marketing and North American Sales, David Pilz is responsible for generating new systems sales for Aptean’s ERP and Supply Chain products. In addition, he is responsible for Aptean’s IndustryBuilt business and for marketing for all Aptean products.
Mr. Pilz has more than 20 years of experience building ERP and supply chain businesses by focusing on customer success and organic growth. He joined Aptean through the acquisition of IndustryBuilt, a leading mid-market ERP solution provider that focuses on food & beverage manufacturers as well as industrial equipment distributors. As co-founder and CEO, Mr. Pilz grew IndustryBuilt from its inception in 2004 to an organization with more than 240 customers at the time of its acquisition.
Mr. Pilz graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. IndustryBuilt was repeatedly recognized as a Great Place to Work and as a Deloitte Best Managed Company.
Chief of Staff
Sammy Kolt returns to Aptean as Chief of Staff and is responsible for the successful implementation of Aptean’s Value Creation Plan, the integration of acquired companies, and the growth of Aptean’s business systems.
Prior to his current role at Aptean, Mr. Kolt served as the Vice President of Business Operations at CentralSquare where he led the merger integration between Aptean’s Public Sector group, Superion, TriTech, and Zuercher, as well as the implementation of CentralSquare's internal business operations systems and processes.
Before working with CentralSquare, Mr. Kolt worked with Aptean in 2014 as the Director of Strategic Programs and held many leadership roles in his time here: Vice President of Portfolio Operations, Senior Director of Acquisition Integration, and a Product Line Leader. Preceding his time at Aptean, Mr. Kolt was a Director of Strategic Programs with Vista Equity Partners where he developed, managed, and implemented strategic initiatives for several Vista portfolio companies. He has also held leadership roles at Profitect as Senior Vice President of Applications and Oracle as Solution Specialist Manager in the Value Chain Planning Solutions Group.
Mr. Kolt served as a Captain, Company Commander of Field Intelligence in the Israeli Defense Forces and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IDC Herzliya in Israel.
Vice President, Global Marketing
As Vice President of Global Marketing, Kristin Agnelli is responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of all global marketing functions including demand generation, digital marketing, communications and product marketing. Her mission is to accelerate organic growth in the organization’s ERP, SCM and compliance businesses by developing a community of marketing and communications experts. She joined Aptean in 2017 as the senior director of global demand generation.
Before joining Aptean, Ms. Agnelli served as PGi’s Senior Director of Lead Development and Field Marketing where she built a successful North American business development team from the ground up. She has also held leadership roles at Commvault as Director of Lead Development and SAP Ariba as Director of North American Demand Management.
Ms. Agnelli holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Salem College with minors in creative writing and women’s studies.
General Manager, Discrete Manufacturing Product Group
As General Manager of Aptean’s Discrete Manufacturing Product Group, Marianne Chikos has strategic leadership and operational responsibility for a broad portfolio of Aptean solutions, including the company’s Discrete-focused ERP solutions. Prior to becoming the General Manager of the Discrete Manufacturing Product Group, Ms. Chikos served as the Vice President, Professional Services, North America. In this role, Ms. Chikos oversaw the planning and execution of all professional services and customer support for the North American region across Aptean’s portfolio of products.
Prior to Aptean, she served as vice president, professional services operations and was responsible for global professional services standards, processes and governance. Ms. Chikos joined the Aptean team in 2012 from Consona, where she was vice president of professional services for Consona’s ERP applications, serving the SME customer base. She joined Consona as part of the 2006 acquisition of Intuitive ERP. During her tenure at Intuitive, which began in 1998, she was responsible for all service offerings; development, training, and performance of the consulting staff; customer relations; and customer user conferences.
Ms. Chikos holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
General Manager, Process Manufacturing Group
Duane George is responsible for leading the Process Manufacturing products within Aptean's portfolio. Mr. George served as Director, Knova Product Management for Consona Corporation, which merged with CDC Software in 2012 to form Aptean. Since joining the company in 2004, he has held a number of roles focusing on operations, including Customer Solutions, Professional Services, and Product Management.
Stephen "Stevie" Hay
General Manager, Distribution and Plant Management
As General Manager of Aptean’s Distribution & Plant Management Group, Stevie Hay is responsible for the strategic direction, customer satisfaction and business performance of Aptean’s distribution and plant management suite of products.
Mr. Hay has worked with Aptean for 20 years in different customer facing roles. His most recent role was as Product Leader for the Distribution Products where he managed the strategic direction of the WMS product lines along with leading several businesses successfully through the Aptean acquisition integration process. Prior to working with the Distribution suite, Mr. Hay worked with Axis ERP product line as both Product Leader and Director of Professional Services. Originally working with the Cimnet ERP product line Mr. Hay led global implementations as senior consultant as well as being Product Manager for several products; managing releases with product teams in China, India, Germany, and USA.
Mr. Hay holds Production & Mechanical Engineering qualifications from Napier University and worked for 10 years in electronics manufacturing before finding software. In his spare time Mr. Hay likes to watch, discuss, coach, and play soccer.
General Manager, Compliance Solutions
Martin Wagstaff is responsible for the strategic direction, customer satisfaction and business performance of the Compliance Solutions products within Aptean's portfolio. Mr. Wagstaff brings more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise applications software industry. Since joining the company in 2014, he has held a number of senior roles focusing on operations, including Customer Solutions, Professional Services, and Product Management.
Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Wagstaff served as European Professional Services Director at Misys. Before Misys, he held senior operational roles at Ventyx, KWI, Indus International and TSW.
Mr. Wagstaff earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Kingston University, UK.
