Monin develops more than 150 products for multiple countries requiring labelling in more than 28 languages. The formulation and labelling tools of Aptean PLM simplify processes in this complicated environment by automatically calculating nutrition from raw materials and generating labels in all required languages. Monin’s team was also able to rely on these tools to avoid errors in ingredient and allergen declarations.
